Share a dashboard publicly

Sharing a dashboard publicly allows a third party to view a dashboard, without having to log in to the Calculus portal. A Calculus user account is not required, only a special hyperlink generated by an authenticated user of the portal.

Attention!

This hyperlink only provides limited access to a dashboard. Performing actions or adjusting notification settings for example, is not allowed. A publicly shared dashboard only permits the viewing of data, and exclusively the asset the hyperlink is generated for.

Only Overview and Detail dashboards can be shared. The Home dashboard can not.

The toggle button Show date range enables you to set a Start date and an End date, to limit the viewable data to a certain date range.

In that case, you can only view the data for the last day.
