Instructions
Click Reports in the navigation menu and go to the Downloads tab.
Here you will find all assets that have been added to the current project.
Select the date range you want to download the dates for by clicking on the date under Date range.
A pop-up window will open that allows you to select the date range. Choose a start and end date, and click Apply.
You can also select a date range using the presets on the left.
Find the asset for which you want to download the data and click on the download icon next to the asset. When you hover over it, you will read Get CSV.
After a few minutes you will receive an email with the CSV file attached. In this attachment you will find all the data on an hourly basis for the selected period that has been read for this asset.
The e-mail address to which the e-mail is sent is the same e-mail you use to log in to the portal.
