You can choose the time frame for the data by clicking the dates in the Date Range field. A pop-up window will open where you can set the date range.

When downloading reports with a time span of more than 1 month, some data points will be aggregated. Downloading raw data will result in a very large file. For this reason, this file will be emailed to the email address linked to your account.

You can download a CSV file from a sensor by clicking on the Download button at the back, if you hover over the button a message will appear with the content Get CSV. You will receive a CSV file in the mailbox of the email address linked to your account.

Data from sensors can also be downloaded from the dashboard via chart widgets, more info about this can be found here.
