Start-up screen
When you start up the energy meter, you will see the following on the display:
After a short waiting period, the screen will show active energy measurements.
There are 2 buttons under the display of the energy meter. Their operation is as follows:
Scrolling through display for different parameters, changing options in set-up mode, going out of set-up mode.
To go to set-up mode, confirm a choice.
With each press onother parameters can be displayed.
A complete list of all possible parameters of your energy meter can be found in the appendix.
Configuration

A password is requested. This is 1000 by default. After entering the password, press | |
In the set-up menu, you will see the choices Main, Communication, Time and Pulse. Make your choice with | |
In system type you can see the network type where the meter is operational. The options are: 3P4W, 3P3W, 1P3W and 1P2W. Default is 3P4W. | |
Once selected, the password will appear and the first digit will start flashing. To change the value of the digit press | |
Press reset to reset the maximum of current (DMD), active power (DMD), and digital input counts (DI). | |
In the Com menu, you can set the communication parameters. | |
At Addr you set the modbus address (001 ~ 247). With Baud, you set the baud rate: 2400 ~ 38400bps. Default is 9600 bps. Parity gives parity options: None, Even, and Odd. Default is None. Stop gives you the number of stop bits: 1 or 2. Default is 1 stop bit. | |
Time-related settings. | |
With backlight you set the time that the screen remains lit when the gebruiker display has been entered or after the display has been activated. Options: on, off, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 and 120 minutes. Default is 60 minutes. The scroll button sets the time interval at which the requested information is switched. Options: off, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 seconds. DMD allows you to choose the time interval that shows the highest consumption in the previous period. Options: 0, 5, 8, 10, 15, 20, 30, 60 minutes. Default is 60 minutes. | |
Pulse output 1 parameter settings. Meter pulse 1 can be set. Pulse output 2 is fixed. | |
Type indicates the type of energy to which the pulse output refers. Options: kWh, Imp-kWh, Exp-kWh, kVarh, Imp-kVarh, Exp-kVarh. Default is Exp-kWh. Constant gives the pulse output constant. This gives the amount of energy consumption, which is equivalent to a pulse generated by the meter. Options: 1000, 100, 10, 1. Default is 400. Width gives the pulse-width options, or the length of time in which the most recent pulse is most active. Options: 60, 100, 200 mS. Default is 100 mS. |
