When you start up the energy meter, you will see the following on the display:
After the meter has checked itself, the screen will show the total active energy consumption in kWh.
Parameters to be read
If you want to see information other than the total active energy consumption, you must use the scroll button. This is located to the left of the display (see the image below). By briefly pressing the button, you scroll through the various parameters including the active energy consumption (kWh), Voltage (V), Current (A), Active Power (W).

Setting up the energy meter
To enter setup mode, press and hold the scroll button for 3 seconds.
To navigate through the various settings, press and release the scroll button.
If you stay in the setup menu for about a minute without doing anything, the meter will return to the main screen.
Set Modbus Address
The mode address is 001 by default, as shown above. Press and hold the scroll button for 3 seconds to adjust it.
The rightmost digit will flash. Adjust this digit by briefly pressing the scroll button until you have the desired digit. Then hold the scroll button for 3 seconds to confirm.
Then the middle digit flashes. Repeat the same steps as for the first digit to adjust this digit.
After this, the leftmost digit flashes. Repeat the same steps as in the previous digits. After confirming by holding the scroll button for 3 seconds, you will return to the setup navigation.
