Receiving notifications

Introduction

In the first part of this guide, we'll explain how to set up alerts for assets. To be able to set up notifications, we use notification roles. In a notification role, different alarms are bundled together, so that everything remains clear. These notification roles are set by your company, so you don't have to do this yourself. Examples of possible reporting roles are: Technical Service, Accounting and Customer.

In the second part, we will explain how you can create and edit notification roles.
