Invite users to the company

When you add a user to your company, you can specify what actions this user is allowed to perform. We do this with the help of user rights. Giving permissions to users reduces the security risk and keeps you in control.

Projects

A project can be used to collect and display data that is connected to each other. This is done using assets, dashboards, diagrams, images,...

You can invite users at the project level. As a result, they only have access to data on the project in question and not to all projects that belong to your company.

Gateways

A gateway is a device that collects data from one or more sensors and then sends it to the portal. Based on this data, dashboards are created on which the data is presented in a structured and clear way for monitoring.

Assets

In the portal, we use the concept of asset. This is a name for the devices from which you want to obtain data, for example CO₂ meters, pumps or generators. Assets receive their data through gateways, which bundle their measurement data and send it to the portal.

For each asset, you'll find a data sources tab. For data source, select the gateway that provides data to this asset. An asset can support multiple data sources.

Dashboards

A dashboard visualizes the measured values of your assets in a structured and clear way. Dashboards are fully customizable, so you can design them as you wish.

Widgets

A widget is a simple, graphical dashboard element that:

  • Information.

  • Perform an action, for example, changing the room temperature.
