The registration link in the email is only valid for 7 days. It is therefore best to register immediately. If an account has already been created with your email address, the email will contain a link to the Calculus platform. There is no time limit on this link.
You will receive an email with an invitation to the Calculus platform. This email contains a link. Click on this link to activate the account.
You still need to fill in your first and last name. The email address has already been entered and you cannot change it.
Finally, you need to choose a password.
Clicking on Create account will create your account. After this, the link from the email will no longer be valid. You will then be redirected to the login screen, where you can log in with your new account.
Troubleshooting
I can’t find the invitation email in my mailbox
Gmail
In your Gmail mailbox, this mail can be automatically filtered to the Newsletters or Updates folders. Also check the Spam folder. If you still can’t find it, it please check whether the invitation has been sent to the correct address.
Outlook
In Outlook, this mail should arrive in your Inbox. If you don't find it there, please check your Spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please check whether the invitation has been sent to the correct address.
The email was sent more than 7 days ago
If the registration email was sent more than 7 days ago, this link can no longer be used to complete your registration. It is best to ask the person who invited you for a new registration email. The name of this person can be found at the top of the email. In this artikel, you can learn how to re-invite a person with the same permissions.
If the person you invited is not available, you can also create a ticket via our helpdesk.
Please make sure that the following information is clearly stated in the description of your ticket:
Your first name.
Your last name.
The email address where you received the invitation email.
And the company and/or project to which you have been invited.
