The Scheduled Items widget shows all scheduled actions for the asset you are viewing, within the selected date range.
This widget allows you to see planned or completed actions directly on the asset dashboard, in the same context as the other dashboard data.
Important!
Only project schedules are shown in this widget. Company schedules are not shown.
Widget control elements
The Scheduled Items widget has no control elements. All relevant settings are defined in the configuration panel.
Widget configuration panel
In the widget selection panel, click on Scheduled Items. A new panel will appear where you can configure the widget.
Scheduled Items settings
Fill in the fields below:
Title
A title or description for the widget.Order
The position on the dashboard.Widget width
The width in relation to the screen width.Height
The height of the widget in pixels.
Click Save to add the widget to the dashboard.
Important!
The Scheduled Items widget can only display scheduled actions. To create, edit or delete them, use the Scheduler.
No scheduled actions shown
If no scheduled actions are shown, this can have several reasons:
There are no scheduled actions for the selected asset.
There are no scheduled actions within the selected date range.
The available scheduled actions belong to a company schedule, instead of a project schedule.
Change the dashboard date range or check the Scheduler if you expected to see a scheduled action.
