Event Overview widget

The Event Overview widget presents you with an overview of all events and alarms for the asset.

Widget control elements

  • Search
    Type a few letters of the event name or message in the search bar, to quickly find a specific event.

  • Minimum level
    Select a minimum level to exclude less important events from the list.

  • Min date time
    Select the earliest date and time from which events should be shown.

  • Max date time
    Select the latest date and time from which events should be shown.

  • All data sources
    Select a data source to only view events for a specific data source.

  • Only Show My Subscriptions
    Activate the slider to hide other user’s event notifications.

  • Show Acknowledged Events
    Activate the slider to show previously acknowledged events.

  • Acknowledge All Visible
    Press this button to acknowledge all currently listed events.

  • Table headers
    Click on a table header to sort the data by that column.
    Clicking it again reverses the sort order.

  • Acknowledge
    Press this button to acknowledge that specific event.

  • Navigation bar
    If enabled, lets you set the number of items per page, and the current page.

Widget configuration panel

In the widget selection panel, click on Event Overview. A new panel will appear where you can configure the widget.

Events overview settings

Fill in the fields below:

  • Title
    A title or description for the widget.

  • Order
    The position on the dashboard.

  • Widget width
    The width in relation to the screen width.

  • Default Sorting
    Choose how events are sorted by default: by alarm level or by alarm date.

  • Default Page Size
    The number of events per page.

  • Filter on own subscriptions by default
    If enabled, event notifications for other users are hidden by default.

Click Save to add the widget to the dashboard.
