A task can be repeated daily, weekly, monthly or annually, or just executed once.

The task will be executed once.Daily
You can set every few days this task should be repeated and when this recurrence should end. You can set a due date or the number of recurrences after which the task can stop.Weekly
With a weekly recurrence, you can also choose to repeat the set task every X number of weeks, which day of the week and when this recurrence should end. Again, the repetition can be terminated from a certain date or after X number of repetitions.Monthly
With a monthly recurrence, you can also choose to repeat the set task every X number of months, which day of the month this recurrence should take place and when this recurrence should end. Again, the repetition can be terminated from a certain date or after X number of repetitions.Yearly
In the case of an annual recurrence, you can also choose to repeat the set task every X number of years, in which month this recurrence should take place and when this recurrence should end. Again, the repetition can be terminated from a certain date or after X number of repetitions.
Execution rule
When multiple tasks of the same asset are set in the planner in a short period of time, you can determine whether all tasks should be executed (option Always) or only the last task.
We recommend choosing the Only Last option as the default.
Choose the start date and time
In this field, specify the date and time when you want the task to start.
Determine asset for Execute Action scheduling type
In these fields, you determine which device should perform the action. More specifically: the asset type, the type of action and the specific asset.
Edit and delete
When you click on a task in the Planner, you can choose to edit or delete it. You will be prompted to edit or delete only this instance of the task, or to edit or delete all instances of this task.
