Introduction
Inviting a user to a project doesn't automatically give them access to the rest of your company's projects. Inviting a user to a project is often used to grant access to third parties involved in a project. If you want to add a user to all projects of your company, it is best to add this user at company level. This usually applies to permanent employees of a company.
Instructions
Click Companies in the navigation menu.
Select the company you want to invite the user to.
Go to the Invite Users tab.
Enter the user's email address and select the permissions you want to give to the user.
Please note!
You must select at least one permission, but you can of course assign multiple or all permissions to a user. ViewProject and Notifications are automatically checked.
Press Invite to send the invitation.
