Installing C06 in a generator

Mounting the C06

Mount the C06 in the bottom right of the generator using a DIN rail.

Attaching the antenna

Drill a hole in the roof of the generator to route the antenna cables inside.
Route the antenna cables through the hole.
Attach the antenna to the roof of the generator with the nut provided.

Slide a gland over the antenna cables on the inside of the generator.
Route the antenna cables through a gland opening in the generator's wall.

Attention!
If there are no more free swivel openings, make an opening yourself.

Place the swivel in the opening.
Route the antenna cable into the cable tray.

Route the cables to the C06 (see photo below for cable route).

Connect the antenna cables to the antenna terminals on the top of the C06:

Blue → GPS (antenna socket 1)
Yellow → WiFi (antenna socket 2)
Red → LTE Main (antenna socket 4)

Attaching RS485 cable

Connect the RS485 cable to the top-left three-prong connector on the C06:

Green → GND (left)
White → B- (middle)
Brown → A+ (right)

Route the cable to the cable board (see photo below for cable route).

Connect the cable to the generator cable board:

Brown → Terminal 29
Green → Terminal 30
White → Terminal 31

Attaching the power supply

Connect the power cables to the two-prong connector on the top right of the C06:

Blue → GND (left)
Red → + (right)

Route the power cables to the cable board (see photo below for cable routing).

Connect the power cables to the generator cable board:

Red → Terminal 1
Blue → Terminal 2
