Mounting the C06

Mount the C06 in the battery pack using a DIN rail.

Attaching the antenna

Drill a hole in the door of the battery pack to route the antenna cables inside.
Route the antenna cables through the hole.
Attach the antenna to the outside of the battery pack door with the nut provided.

Route the cables to the C06 (see photo below for cable route).

Connect the antenna cables to the antenna terminals on the top of the C06:

  • Blue → GPS (antenna socket 1)

  • Yellow → WiFi (antenna socket 2)

  • Red → LTE Main (antenna socket 4)

Tip!

If an antenna is already mounted on the battery pack, it can also be used.

Then connect the antenna cables as mentioned above.

Connect the cable for LTE Aux to the unused antenna socket (antenna socket 3).

Attaching Ethernet cable

Connect the ethernet cable to the LAN port on the bottom left of the C06.

Route the cable to the cable board (see photo below for cable route).

Connect the Ethernet cable to the switch's LAN port in the bottom right corner of the battery pack.

Attaching the power supply

Connect the power cables to the two-prong connector on the top right of the C06:

  • Blue → GND (left)

  • Red → + (right)

Route the power cables to the cable board (see photo below for cable routing).

Connect the power cables to the battery pack cable board:

  • Red → Terminal 1

  • Blue → Connection 5

IP address check

To properly configure the C06, the IP address of the controller must be passed to Calculus.

Attention!

This is not the IP address that appears on the controller's sticker.

On the controller, go to menu 9002.
Make a note of the IP address displayed on the controller.
Pass this IP address to Calculus.
