This article explains what the front panel LEDs on the C04 gateway mean and what to do if the LED behavior is unexpected.
The C04 gateway has two LEDs on the front panel. These LEDs indicate the power and connection status of the gateway.
Power LED
The power LED indicates the status of the power supply for the C04 gateway.
Normal operation
Green (solid)
The gateway is powered on and working normally.
If something is wrong
Off
The gateway is not receiving power.
What you can do
Check that the power supply is firmly connected to both the gateway and the power outlet.
Verify that the power outlet is working.
Inspect the power cable for visible damage.
Make sure the power supply provides the correct voltage (7–36 V DC).
If the gateway still does not power on, contact technical support.
Status LED
The status LED indicates the overall status of the C04 gateway.
Normal operation
Green (solid)
The gateway is connected and operating normally.Blue (briefly on during startup)
The gateway is starting up and running the latest software.During this phase, the modem module can be replaced if required.

The gateway is temporarily running on battery power after external power was disconnected.This is normal behavior. The gateway will enter sleep mode to conserve energy.
Other colors (except red)
The gateway is updating its software automatically.
If something is wrong
Red (solid)
The gateway is not connected.
What you can do
Wait a few minutes to allow startup or updates to complete.
Ensure the gateway is within network coverage.
Restart the gateway by disconnecting and reconnecting the power.
If the LED remains red for a long time, contact technical support.
