Getting Started

In the “Getting Started” category you can find articles that give you a first look at our products and the portal. On the basis of these articles you can further navigate to a detailed article.

In the category “Portal” you can find several articles that explain in detail the features of the portal and how you can set up and manage these features yourself.

Create a support ticket.

Can’t immediately find an answer in our extensive documentation? Then you can always contact our support team with your question, you can reach them by creating a support ticket via our support page.

Creating support ticket

When creating a support ticket, always provide your full name + email address that you also use to log into the Calculus portal.

When describing your problem, we always ask that you include the project name + company. This helps our support team in handling your ticket.

After creating your ticket you will receive an email from us with a link to your ticket. Through this link you can see the latest status of your ticket, as well as chat with our support team.
