This article addresses the most common issues, regarding logging on to the Calculus portal, and explains how to resolve these issues.
Verify the website address
Check your browser’s address bar, and make sure you are trying to login to the Calculus portal, which is located at https://portal.calculus.group.
It is possible you are visiting https://my.calculus.group, which is a different portal and does not share the same credentials.
The login screen should look like this:

Check your credentials
Always log in with the same e-mail address used to register your account.
Make sure you enter the correct password. We recommend you use a password manager application or web service to store your password, so forgetting it is a thing of the past.
If you forgot your password, you can set a new one by clicking on I forgot my password, below the login button. More details on this in the following article: Reset password.
Please note that after 10 consecutive failed login attempts, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. This is a security feature and cannot be circumvented.
Attention!
All new accounts have to be verified, before they can be used. On creation of a new account, a verification e-mail is sent to the user. This e-mail contains an activation link, and the account has to be activated within 7 days.
If you can’t find this activation e-mail, please check your spam-folder. If you still can’t find it, or the 7 day activation period has expired, please contact the project’s account manager, verify your e-mail address, and request to be re-invited.
